Ingredients:
1pkg boursin/alouette (cheese spread)
16oz orzo
1c sundried tomatoes in oil, drained
15-20 frozen meatballs (or other protein)
4c broth
Spinach 2c frozen, few handfuls fresh
7. 1T Italian seasoning
Directions
preheat oven to 400
Put all ingredients into 9×13 pan, do not worry about mixing the boursin in
cover and bake for 25 mins
remove cover, stir, bake uncovered 25 mins or until not soupy
Notes - I have done it with raw chicken thighs, it came out good but its a lot more work to prep the chicken
